By combining American Technology and know how with Kenyan ingenuity and skilled workers Courtyard Flats has designed a 112 M² or  1180 ft² flat that they can sell at a preconstruction price of only 3.95 million shillings or about $52,000.   This price is lower than their competitors while the Courtyard Flats apartment is over 40% larger.
